Privacy Policy

Effective Date: November 1, 2026

Last Updated: November 1, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Maycraft Digital collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information in connection with Shareva. Shareva is a social media management and marketing platform developed and operated by Maycraft Digital, an independent software company based in Tennessee, United States.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Shareva website at getshareva.com, Shareva mobile applications, Shareva user accounts, Shareva features and integrations, and related Shareva services where this Privacy Policy is linked or referenced (collectively, "Shareva" or the "Service"). By using Shareva, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. Where consent is legally required for specific processing activities, it will be obtained separately and appropriately.

2. Information You Provide

Shareva may collect information you voluntarily provide when using the Service, including:

  • Name and email address
  • Account and profile information
  • Support requests and communications
  • Waitlist submissions
  • Contact form submissions
  • Content you create, upload, schedule, or submit through Shareva, including text, images, and videos
  • Workspace information, preferences, and settings
  • Feedback and suggestions

Where subscriptions or purchases are available, billing and subscription-related information may be collected. Maycraft Digital does not store full payment card numbers. Payment details may be processed by third-party payment processors or app stores under their own privacy terms.

3. Account and Authentication Data

Shareva may process information needed to create and secure accounts, including:

  • Email address and account identifiers
  • Authentication provider information
  • Email verification status
  • Sign-in information
  • Security-related account data

Where third-party sign-in providers such as Google are supported, those providers may share information with Shareva according to the permissions you approve. Shareva does not claim access to information beyond the permissions you grant.

4. Connected Social Media Accounts

When you connect a social media account to Shareva, Shareva may receive or process information permitted by that platform and authorized by you, which may include:

  • Social account identifiers and profile or page information
  • Access tokens or authorization credentials
  • Publishing permissions
  • Post identifiers and content needed for publishing
  • Available engagement or analytics data
  • Other information made available by the platform API within the authorized scope

Access varies by platform. Shareva only receives information permitted by the applicable platform and the authorization scope you approve. Social media platforms are also governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies, which you should review. You may disconnect supported social accounts from within Shareva. Disconnecting an account does not necessarily delete content already published to the third-party platform.

5. Content and Media

Shareva may process content and media you provide in order to:

  • Create and organize posts
  • Generate or refine content
  • Schedule and publish content
  • Maintain post history
  • Provide campaign workflows
  • Provide analytics and insights
  • Provide storage and other requested functions

You retain ownership of the content you create and submit through Shareva, subject to the rights reasonably necessary for Maycraft Digital to operate the Service on your behalf. Maycraft Digital does not claim ownership of your content.

6. AI-Assisted Features

Shareva may use artificial intelligence service providers to support features such as drafting content, refining content, adapting content, campaign assistance, and generating suggested text or other supported outputs.

Information submitted to an AI-assisted feature may be processed by Maycraft Digital and relevant service providers as necessary to provide that feature. AI service providers may process information according to Maycraft Digital's agreements with those providers and applicable privacy terms.

AI-generated content may not always be accurate. Shareva does not represent that AI-generated outputs are error-free or complete.

7. Automatically Collected Information

Shareva may automatically collect technical and usage information when you use the Service, such as:

  • Device type, operating system, and browser type
  • IP address
  • App or website usage information and timestamps
  • Diagnostic and crash information
  • Interaction data
  • General security logs

The Shareva website may use cookies or similar technologies to support site functionality, security, and analytics. You may be able to manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Shareva may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, security, session management, and requested website functionality. These essential technologies may be used where permitted by law without separate consent.

Where required under EEA or UK law, Shareva will not activate non-essential cookies, advertising technologies, or similar tracking technologies until any legally required consent has been obtained. Users will be given appropriate controls to manage applicable non-essential cookie and tracking preferences where required. Maycraft Digital will implement EEA/UK-compliant consent controls before enabling non-essential analytics or advertising technologies for those users.

9. How Information Is Used

Information collected through Shareva may be used to:

  • Provide and operate Shareva
  • Create and maintain accounts and authenticate users
  • Provide requested features, including publishing, scheduling, and connected integrations
  • Operate AI-assisted features
  • Provide analytics and insights
  • Process subscriptions and purchases where applicable
  • Communicate service information and respond to support requests
  • Send waitlist or product-update communications where you have requested them
  • Improve features and reliability
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
  • Secure Shareva
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable agreements

Consent to receive optional promotional or waitlist communications is not automatic. You may unsubscribe from such communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.

10. How Information May Be Shared

Maycraft Digital may share information with service providers as reasonably necessary to operate Shareva, including providers in categories such as:

  • Cloud hosting and database providers
  • Authentication providers
  • AI service providers
  • Email providers
  • Analytics and diagnostic providers
  • Payment processors and app stores
  • Social media platforms selected by you
  • Customer support tools
  • Security providers

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect the rights or safety of Maycraft Digital, users, or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale, or similar business transaction.

Maycraft Digital seeks to use service providers that are contractually or otherwise required to provide protections for personal information consistent with applicable law and the protections described in this Privacy Policy.

Maycraft Digital does not sell personal information to advertisers.

11. Waitlist and Email Communications

Users who voluntarily join the Shareva waitlist may provide their email address and, optionally, their first name. Shareva may use this information to send:

  • Confirmation messages
  • Launch notifications
  • Pre-launch product updates
  • Requested Shareva communications

You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each email. An email service provider may process this information on Maycraft Digital's behalf.

12. Contact Form

Information submitted through the Shareva contact form may be used to respond to your inquiry, provide support, maintain communication records, and prevent misuse or spam.

13. Data Retention

Maycraft Digital retains information only as reasonably necessary to provide Shareva, maintain accounts, provide requested services, ensure security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and fulfill legitimate business purposes. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and applicable requirements.

Where EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies, Maycraft Digital considers factors including: how long information is needed to provide the Service; account status; the nature and sensitivity of the information; security and fraud-prevention needs; legal, tax, accounting, and contractual obligations; and the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

14. Data Security

Maycraft Digital uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss. However, no online service, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You use Shareva at your own risk with respect to security limitations inherent in online services.

15. Your Choices and Controls

Depending on the features available, you may have options to:

  • Update your account information
  • Disconnect supported social accounts
  • Manage communication preferences and unsubscribe from marketing or waitlist emails
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information where applicable
  • Request deletion of your Shareva account and associated personal information

Account deletion means deletion of your Shareva account and associated personal information — not merely disabling or freezing the account. An accessible account-deletion method will be provided within Shareva and/or through a publicly accessible deletion-request method (such as emailing privacy@maycraftdigital.com). Maycraft Digital will delete or de-identify associated personal information as appropriate, except information that must or may lawfully be retained for purposes such as legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, enforcing agreements, or maintaining necessary transaction records. Deletion of your Shareva account does not delete content already published to third-party social platforms, which are controlled independently by those platforms.

16. Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may provide rights concerning your personal information. Possible rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent, and appeal of certain privacy-request decisions where required by law.

Your rights may vary depending on where you live and applicable law. To submit a privacy request, please contact us at privacy@maycraftdigital.com.

Tennessee Privacy Rights

Where the Tennessee Information Protection Act (TIPA) applies, Tennessee residents may have rights to confirm whether Maycraft Digital processes their personal information, access personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain a portable copy of applicable personal information, opt out of qualifying targeted advertising, opt out of qualifying sale of personal information, and opt out of certain profiling where applicable.

Tennessee residents may submit requests to privacy@maycraftdigital.com. If we deny a privacy-rights request that is subject to an applicable right of appeal, you may appeal the decision by replying to our decision or contacting privacy@maycraftdigital.com and clearly stating that you are requesting an appeal.

U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. Depending on the law and whether it applies to Maycraft Digital, rights may include confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out of qualifying sale of personal information, opt-out of qualifying targeted advertising, opt-out of certain profiling, limitation or consent requirements involving certain sensitive personal information, non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights, and appeal rights where required.

Maycraft Digital does not sell personal information to advertisers.

Additional state-specific disclosures or controls may be provided where legally required. To submit a state privacy request, contact privacy@maycraftdigital.com.

17. Sensitive Information

Shareva is not designed to require users to provide sensitive personal information such as government identification numbers, financial-account credentials, health diagnoses, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, or biometric identifiers, unless a future feature clearly requires and lawfully supports such processing.

Users should avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information in content, support messages, or AI prompts. If Shareva later intentionally processes legally defined sensitive data, Maycraft Digital will provide any additional notice or obtain consent required by applicable law.

18. Children's Privacy

Shareva is not intended for children under 13. Maycraft Digital does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through Shareva. If Maycraft Digital learns that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 in violation of applicable requirements, reasonable steps will be taken to delete that information.

If Maycraft Digital obtains actual knowledge that a Shareva account belongs to a child under 13, Maycraft Digital may disable or remove the account and take reasonable steps to delete personal information as required by applicable law.

Where Maycraft Digital relies on consent to process personal information relating to a child or young person, Maycraft Digital will comply with applicable age-of-consent and parental-authorization requirements. In the EEA, the age at which a child may provide their own consent for certain online-service processing may vary by country. Where parental or guardian authorization is required by applicable law, Maycraft Digital will take reasonable steps to obtain or verify that authorization before relying on the child's consent.

This section provides additional information for users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom (UK).

Automated Decision-Making

Shareva does not currently use solely automated decision-making that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects on users. AI-assisted content creation does not itself mean Shareva is making a legally significant automated decision about the user.

If Shareva later introduces processing involving solely automated legally or similarly significant decisions, Maycraft Digital will provide additional disclosures and rights required by applicable law.

Maycraft Digital is based in the United States. Shareva and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries, which may have different data-protection laws than your country of residence.
