Terms of Service
Effective Date: November 1, 2026
Last Updated: November 1, 2026
1. Introduction and Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Maycraft Digital concerning your use of Shareva. Shareva is a social media marketing and management platform developed and operated by Maycraft Digital, an independent software company based in Tennessee, United States.
These Terms apply to:
- The Shareva website at getshareva.com
- Shareva mobile applications
- Shareva accounts
- Shareva features and services
- Connected integrations
- Subscriptions
- AI-assisted functionality
- Related Shareva services where these Terms are referenced
Users who create a Shareva account will be required to affirmatively accept applicable Shareva legal documents at the time of account creation or as otherwise required.
2. Incorporated Policies
The following Shareva policies, where applicable, form part of the agreement governing your use of Shareva:
- Privacy Policy
- Acceptable Use Policy
- AI Content Policy
- Subscription & Cancellation Policy
The Acceptable Use Policy, AI Content Policy, and Subscription & Cancellation Policy routes will be activated when those documents are published. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a more specific Shareva policy concerning a particular subject, the more specific policy controls for that subject unless applicable law requires otherwise.
3. Eligibility
Shareva is not intended for children under 13 years of age. To use Shareva, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, or use Shareva with the authorization of a parent, guardian, or other legally authorized person where required by applicable law.
Where local law imposes a higher age or different requirements for particular processing, purchases, or consent, those requirements apply.
4. Accounts
Certain Shareva features require an account. By creating and using a Shareva account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain accurate account information
- Protect your login credentials
- Use reasonable security precautions
- Notify Maycraft Digital promptly of suspected unauthorized account access
- Remain responsible for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by law
You may not:
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Create accounts fraudulently
- Transfer or sell accounts without permission
- Circumvent account restrictions or usage limits
Maycraft Digital may require email verification or identity-related verification reasonably necessary for security, or reauthentication.
5. Shareva Services
Shareva is designed to provide social media marketing and management functionality that may include:
- Content creation
- AI-assisted drafting and refinement
- Scheduling
- Social publishing
- Campaign workflows
- Connected-account management
- Workspaces
- Media storage
- Post history
- Analytics and insights
- Related marketing tools
Features may vary by plan, device, operating system, location, social platform, API permissions, account type, and third-party restrictions. Maycraft Digital does not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every supported platform.
6. Social Media Connections
Shareva may allow you to connect supported third-party social media accounts. By connecting an account, you authorize Shareva to perform only actions permitted by the permissions you grant, the applicable third-party platform, the relevant API, and the Shareva feature being used.
You are responsible for having the authority to connect and manage each social account you add to Shareva. You must comply with the terms, policies, rules, and restrictions of the applicable third-party platform.
Maycraft Digital is not responsible for independent actions taken by third-party platforms.
7. Direct Publishing and Handoff Workflows
Publishing methods vary by social platform. Shareva may use direct API publishing where permitted, or confirmation and handoff workflows where direct publishing is unavailable or restricted. Maycraft Digital does not promise direct publishing to every supported platform.
A social identity available for posting through Shareva may count toward your connected-account limit regardless of whether publishing is direct or uses a confirmation or handoff workflow.
8. Scheduling and Publishing
Shareva is designed to assist you in scheduling and publishing content, but successful or exact-time publication cannot be absolutely guaranteed. Publication may be delayed, rejected, altered, prevented, or fail because of circumstances including:
- Third-party API outages
- Revoked permissions
- Expired authorization
- Platform restrictions
- Rate limits
- Account restrictions
- Network failures
- Device issues
- Maintenance
- Third-party changes
- Invalid or unsupported content
- Service disruptions
- Circumstances beyond Maycraft Digital's reasonable control
You remain responsible for reviewing important scheduled content and verifying publication when timing is critical. Maycraft Digital will use reasonable efforts to provide status or failure information where functionality supports it.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
9. User Content
"User Content" means text, images, videos, media, drafts, posts, campaigns, prompts, files, and other material you submit through Shareva.
You retain ownership of your User Content. Maycraft Digital does not claim ownership of your User Content.
By using Shareva, you grant Maycraft Digital a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify as technically necessary, transmit, display to you, and submit your User Content to selected third-party platforms, solely as reasonably necessary to:
- Operate Shareva
- Provide requested features
- Publish or schedule content
- Generate requested AI-assisted results
- Provide storage
- Maintain post history
- Provide analytics
- Support and secure the Service
This license lasts only as reasonably necessary to provide the Service and satisfy legitimate legal, security, backup, or operational requirements. Maycraft Digital does not use your User Content for unrelated advertising.
10. User Content Responsibility
You represent that you have the rights, licenses, permissions, and authority reasonably necessary to upload, process, publish, or otherwise use your User Content through Shareva. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate:
- Copyright
- Trademark
- Privacy rights
- Publicity rights
- Confidentiality obligations
- Platform rules
- Applicable law
- The Shareva Acceptable Use Policy
Maycraft Digital may remove, restrict, or refuse processing of content where reasonably necessary to enforce applicable policies, comply with law, protect users or systems, or comply with third-party platform requirements.
11. AI-Assisted Features
Shareva may provide AI-assisted functionality such as drafting posts, rewriting or refining text, adapting content, campaign assistance, generating suggestions, and other supported AI outputs.
AI output may contain errors, be incomplete, be inappropriate for a particular purpose, resemble content produced for others, or require factual, legal, regulatory, or platform-policy review before use. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing or relying on it.
Maycraft Digital does not guarantee the accuracy, uniqueness, completeness, legal compliance, platform acceptance, intellectual-property clearance, or suitability for a particular purpose of AI output. You should not rely on AI output as professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
The separate AI Content Policy may impose additional requirements.
12. AI Credits
Some AI-assisted Shareva features may consume AI Credits. Current plan allowances may be displayed on the Shareva Pricing page or within the Service.
- Monthly AI Credit allowances may vary by plan
- Usage may vary by AI feature
- Monthly included credits may reset according to the applicable billing or plan cycle
- Specific consumption rates may change as features and underlying costs evolve
- Material changes will be disclosed appropriately
Unused monthly AI Credits do not automatically roll over unless otherwise stated for a specific plan or offer.
13. X Credits
Certain interactions with X (formerly Twitter) may involve separate variable API-related costs. Shareva may use a separate X Credit balance for supported X API activity.
- Connecting an X account does not itself consume X Credits
- An X identity still counts toward your normal connected social-account limit
- Automated X publishing may consume X Credits
- Live X analytics refreshes may consume X Credits
- Previously cached X analytics may be viewed without consuming X Credits where supported
- Shareva will display or otherwise disclose applicable X Credit usage before you initiate an action where appropriate
- Paid plans may include a monthly X Credit allowance
- Additional X Credits may be offered for purchase
Exact monthly X Credit allowances, consumption rates, purchase terms, and expiration rules, if any, will be disclosed before the applicable purchase or use.
14. Plans and Usage Limits
Shareva may offer Free and paid plans with different limits and features. Current planned tiers may include Free, Plus, Growth, and Business. Plan limits may include connected social accounts, workspaces, AI Credits, X Credits, storage, and other usage allowances. The then-current Pricing page and purchase interface describe applicable plan limits.
Exceeding a plan limit may require reducing usage, disconnecting accounts, deleting stored content, waiting for allowance renewal, purchasing an available add-on, or upgrading your plan.
Maycraft Digital will not automatically delete your information merely because a plan limit is exceeded unless the applicable policy clearly permits it and appropriate notice is given.
15. Subscriptions
Paid Shareva subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled where auto-renewal is offered. Before purchase, Shareva or the applicable app store or payment provider will disclose material information such as the subscription tier, price, billing period, renewal terms, included features, and relevant usage limits.
Paid features remain available according to the applicable subscription status and terms. Detailed subscription, cancellation, refund, renewal, upgrade, and downgrade rules are also governed by the Shareva Subscription & Cancellation Policy and applicable app-store or payment-provider terms.
16. App Store Purchases
Subscriptions or purchases made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized platform may also be subject to that platform's billing, cancellation, refund, renewal, and purchase terms. Where an app-store provider controls billing, you may need to manage or cancel your subscription through that provider.
Nothing in these Terms overrides mandatory rights provided by the applicable app store or applicable law.
17. Direct Website Purchases
If Shareva later accepts subscriptions or purchases directly through getshareva.com or another Maycraft Digital payment flow, applicable pricing, billing frequency, renewal information, cancellation instructions, taxes, and refund terms will be disclosed before purchase.
18. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation method associated with your purchase channel. Cancellation generally prevents future renewal rather than automatically deleting your Shareva account.
Access to paid features may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise, the purchase terms provide otherwise, or a refund or immediate termination changes that period.
Detailed rules are stated in the Subscription & Cancellation Policy.
19. Refunds and Mandatory Consumer Rights
Refunds are handled according to applicable law, the Shareva Subscription & Cancellation Policy, the applicable app store or payment provider, and the circumstances of the purchase.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits non-waivable consumer rights. Users in the EEA, UK, and other jurisdictions may have statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, conformity, repair, replacement, price-reduction, termination, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Where those rights apply, they prevail over conflicting provisions of these Terms.
20. Free Trials and Promotions
Shareva may offer trials, discounts, promotional pricing, credits, or other offers. Specific terms will be disclosed with the offer.
If a trial automatically converts to a paid subscription, that fact and the applicable price and timing will be clearly disclosed before enrollment.
21. Changes to Plans, Prices, and Features
Maycraft Digital may modify plan structures, prices, usage limits, included features, credit allowances, and add-ons, subject to applicable law and required notice. Price changes will not be applied retroactively to a completed billing period.
For recurring subscriptions, required advance notice, consent, or app-store procedures will be followed where applicable.
22. Taxes
Prices may be exclusive or inclusive of taxes depending on the jurisdiction and purchase channel. You are responsible for applicable taxes where lawfully imposed, except taxes imposed on Maycraft Digital's own income. App stores and payment providers may calculate, collect, remit, or display applicable taxes.
23. Acceptable Use
You must comply with the Shareva Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use Shareva for unlawful or abusive activity, including:
- Fraud
- Impersonation
- Unauthorized account access
- Malware or malicious automation
- Harassment or unlawful threats
- Illegal content
- Intellectual-property infringement
- Evasion of platform restrictions
- Misuse of APIs
- Attempts to interfere with Shareva's security
- Excessive automated requests designed to disrupt the Service
- Activity prohibited by connected third-party platforms
Detailed rules are in the separate Acceptable Use Policy.
24. Intellectual Property
Shareva, its software, interface, branding, logos, designs, documentation, and other Maycraft Digital-owned materials are owned by Maycraft Digital or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Shareva for its intended purpose while complying with these Terms. Except where law expressly permits otherwise, you may not:
- Copy or redistribute Shareva software
- Sell access to Shareva
- Reverse engineer protected portions of Shareva
- Remove proprietary notices
- Misuse Shareva trademarks or branding
- Create unauthorized derivative commercial services using Shareva
Rights that applicable law makes non-waivable are not affected by this section.
25. Feedback
If you voluntarily submit product suggestions, ideas, or feedback, Maycraft Digital may use that feedback without an obligation to compensate you. This does not affect ownership of your User Content.
26. Third-Party Services
Shareva depends on or integrates with third-party services such as social platforms, cloud providers, authentication providers, AI providers, app stores, payment providers, and email providers. Those third parties operate independently and may change their APIs, permissions, prices, limits, functionality, availability, and policies.
Maycraft Digital does not control those independent services. Changes by third parties may require Shareva to modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue affected functionality.
27. Platform and API Changes
Shareva's ability to support a social platform depends on that platform's continuing technical and legal access. Maycraft Digital may change or discontinue integration with a social platform where:
- API access changes
- Platform terms change
- Access becomes commercially unreasonable
- Access is suspended or revoked
- Continued integration creates security or legal risk
Maycraft Digital does not promise permanent support for any third-party platform.
28. Beta, Preview, and Pre-Release Features
Shareva may make beta, preview, experimental, or pre-release features available. Such features may contain errors, change substantially, be interrupted, be discontinued, or have different limits.
You should not rely on beta or pre-release functionality for critical operations unless specifically stated otherwise.
29. Service Availability
Maycraft Digital aims to provide a reliable Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Shareva may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, outages, security incidents, third-party failures, network failures, emergencies, or events beyond reasonable control.
Where reasonable, Maycraft Digital may provide notice of significant planned interruptions.
30. Security
You must not attempt to bypass security controls, gain unauthorized access, probe or scan Shareva systems without authorization, obtain another user's credentials, interfere with the Service, or exploit vulnerabilities maliciously.
Security concerns may be reported to security@maycraftdigital.com.
31. Suspension and Restriction
Maycraft Digital may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary because of violation of these Terms, violation of incorporated policies, fraud or abuse, security threats, legal requirements, nonpayment, third-party platform requirements, or material risk to users, Maycraft Digital, or the Service.
Where reasonable and legally permitted, Maycraft Digital may provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Immediate action may be taken where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or prevention of serious harm.
32. Termination by the User
You may stop using Shareva and may request deletion of your account. Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation.
You should cancel any active subscription using the appropriate purchase channel before or in connection with account deletion where necessary to stop future charges.
33. Termination by Maycraft Digital
Maycraft Digital may terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations of these Terms or applicable policies, fraud, abuse, security threats, legal requirements, or other legitimate reasons permitted by law. Termination does not eliminate any refund, consumer, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
34. Effect of Termination
Upon termination, access to Shareva may end, stored content may become unavailable, connected integrations may stop functioning, and licenses granted to you to use Shareva end.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination may survive, including provisions concerning intellectual property, payment obligations already incurred, dispute resolution, disclaimers, liability limitations, rights necessary to comply with law, and other provisions intended to survive.
User-content processing after deletion or termination remains subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
35. Copyright and Intellectual-Property Complaints
If you believe your intellectual-property rights have been infringed by content on Shareva, please contact Maycraft Digital at legal@maycraftdigital.com. A report should reasonably identify the protected work or right, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and enough information for Maycraft Digital to evaluate the complaint.
36. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shareva is provided on an "as available" basis. Maycraft Digital does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, successful third-party publication, continued access to a particular social platform, availability of any specific third-party API, any particular engagement, revenue, audience growth, marketing result, or business result, accuracy or uniqueness of AI-generated content, or accuracy of third-party analytics.
Nothing in this section excludes warranties, guarantees, consumer rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Maycraft Digital does not disclaim liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
37. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maycraft Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, or loss of goodwill.
For claims to which this limitation lawfully applies, Maycraft Digital's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to Shareva will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid directly to Maycraft Digital for Shareva during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) US $100.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law and does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, including where applicable liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights. For users protected by EEA or UK consumer law, mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
38. Indemnification
For business users and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Maycraft Digital against third-party claims arising from unlawful User Content, infringement caused by your User Content, misuse of Shareva, unauthorized use of third-party accounts, or material violation of these Terms.
Consumer indemnification obligations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
39. Governing Law
Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of mandatory protections provided by the laws of the country or jurisdiction in which they reside where those protections cannot legally be waived.
40. Disputes and Venue
Maycraft Digital encourages you to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting legal@maycraftdigital.com before commencing formal proceedings. You are not required to do so where applicable law gives you an immediate right to proceed.
For claims not governed by mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules, courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Tennessee may hear disputes.
For EEA, UK, and other protected consumers, any right to bring a claim in a court or forum available under mandatory local consumer law is preserved.
41. EEA and UK Consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom (UK):
- Mandatory local consumer protections remain applicable
- These Terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be waived
- Statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights may apply
- Statutory remedies for non-conforming digital services or content may apply
- Applicable refund rights remain unaffected
- Governing-law language does not deprive you of mandatory local protection
- Jurisdiction provisions do not eliminate local rights to bring claims where applicable
Specific purchase and cooling-off disclosures will be presented in the actual purchase flow and Subscription & Cancellation Policy as legally required.
For UK consumers, where applicable to a Shareva subscription and required by law in force at the time of purchase or renewal, Maycraft Digital will provide required pre-contract information, cooling-off information or notices, renewal or reminder notices, reasonable methods to bring the subscription to an end, and required confirmation or end-of-contract notices. The specific rights and procedures applicable to a subscription will be reflected in the purchase flow and the Subscription & Cancellation Policy.
42. Changes to These Terms
Maycraft Digital may revise these Terms from time to time, including to reflect product or service changes, new or modified features, business or operational changes, legal or regulatory requirements, security needs, or changes involving third-party platforms or services. When these Terms are updated, the “Last Updated” date above will be revised. Additional notice will be provided when legally required, and renewed acceptance will be requested where legally required or appropriate for material changes.
43. Electronic Communications
You may receive service-related electronic communications concerning account security, verification, subscriptions, billing, publishing status, policy updates, legal notices, and essential product operation.
Optional marketing communications are handled separately and may be unsubscribed from as described in the Privacy Policy.
44. Assignment
You may not transfer your account or agreement rights where doing so would violate these Terms, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Maycraft Digital may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of all or substantially all relevant assets, subject to applicable law and required notice.
45. Severability
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent or severed where appropriate, while the remainder of these Terms remains effective. Severability does not override mandatory consumer law.
46. No Waiver
Failure by Maycraft Digital to enforce a provision immediately does not necessarily waive the right to enforce it later.
47. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with applicable incorporated Shareva policies and purchase-specific terms, constitute the agreement concerning the subject matter they cover. Nothing in these Terms overrides mandatory statutory rights.
